Three Sage Women’s Health Consultants Honoured at the 2024 HCANZA Awards

We are incredibly proud to share that three of our team—Melanie White, Michelle Hasani, and Romy Bursztyn—have been recognised with prestigious awards at the 2024 Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association (HCANZA) Awards!

Celebrating Our Award-Winning Team:

Melanie White – Health & Wellness Coach Advocacy Award

Melanie, CEO of Sage Women’s Health, was honoured for her advocacy and leadership in addressing gender inequity in healthcare, particularly in supporting women during perimenopause and menopause.

"This recognition brings much-needed visibility to women’s health issues that have been overlooked for far too long. I am proud to be part of the movement creating lasting change in healthcare," shared Melanie.

Michelle Hasani – Health & Wellness Coach of the Year

Michelle, founder of Wellbeing by Design (formerly Revive & Thrive), was awarded for her work in embedding wellbeing into leadership and workplaces, promoting mental fitness and resilience across sectors.

"Wellbeing must be at the core of how we live, work, and lead. I’m deeply honoured by this award and excited to continue championing wellbeing across workplaces and communities," said Michelle.

Romy Bursztyn – Health & Wellness Coach in a Healthcare Setting

Romy, founder of The Integrative Nutritionist and RB Health was recognised for her exceptional work in integrating health coaching within medical clinics, particularly at the National Institute of Integrative Medicine (NIIM).

"I am passionate about the value of health coaches in clinics because I believe Coaches in Clinics are a perfect pairing. While this model is still emerging in Australia, I’ve witnessed remarkable improvements in patient outcomes through this integrative approach. It’s a win-win for patients, doctors, and coaches, and I will continue advocating for this synergy," Romy said in her acceptance speech.

Driving Change Through Collaboration

These awards highlight the power of collaboration and collective expertise at Sage Women’s Health. Each of our consultants leads their own business while contributing to our shared mission of advancing women’s health across sectors—from healthcare to the workplace. Together, we are committed to driving real change that empowers women to thrive in all aspects of life.

We are immensely proud of Melanie, Michelle, and Romy, and the dedication they bring to their work. This recognition is a testament to the incredible impact they are making in women’s health.
